Did you know that over 6 million inkjet and laser cartridges are consumed in the UK each year and that an estimated 50% of these cartridges are destined for the landfill?

Over the last few years, Flair Office Supplies Ltd have developed a recycling scheme with the aim of significantly decreasing the number of toner cartridges currently being just thrown away and save you money at the same time.

We are currently running the recycling scheme with a large amount of schools colleges and businesses throughout the UK.

By recycling these items (which cannot be disposed of with your standard rubbish) we are helping the environment and can also benefit your organisation with a credit voucher that can be used against any product Flair Office Supplies provide.

Many of you may will have signed up to a recycling scheme but how many of you are in a scheme where you can actually get credit back against the cartridges / toners you recycle as well as money on new toners / cartridges and office products.

If you are a private business or a government office and are not interested in receiving the credit for the toners or inks you are recycling you can donate credit received from recycling to a local school of your choice.

If you are a school and know of any of your local businesses who may be interested in helping your school please call us with their details and we will approach them on your behalf.

Follow our easy 5 step plan to start making money for your organisation.

STEP 1 - Contact Flair Office Supplies on 01377 259222 to arrange a recycling box to be dropped off at your premises.
STEP 2 - Fill the Box with empty toners and cartridges as you use them.
STEP 3 - Contact Flair Office Supplies on 01377 259222 to arrange a collection of your recycling box.
STEP 4 - A courier or our drivers will pick up your sealed box of cartridges / toners.
STEP 5 - Flair will now automatically send you out your new replacement box
STEP 6 - Sit back and wait for your credit voucher to arrive.

How to Return Your Recycle Box

Please closely read and follow the following instructions to ensure that your box is returned to us safely.

PLEASE NOTE
We do not require cartridges to be in packaging. However If you have cartridges which are leaking we would ask that you place these inside a bag before placing in the box in order to protect the other cartridges.

During your returns process if you have a query please call 01377 259222 and quote your Select Returns Number.

STEP 1
To arrange a collection call Flair on 01377 259222. all collections MUST be ether in our bins or a secure box. We will provide you with a collection number.

STEP 2
The bin lid should be securely taped up and the official recycle returns number should be shown clearly on the SIDE of the bin. We will supply you with a returns number; this should be written clearly on the TOP of the box.

Step 3
